Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or special promotions.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Shipping rates are established by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

  • International Shipping: We do offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our items (such as books, crystals, herbs, and other spiritual products), we do not offer refunds.
Instead, we offer store credit for eligible returns. Please review the conditions for returns below:

 

Eligible Returns: You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt of your order for store credit. All items must be in their original, resellable condition, including packaging.
 

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used herbs, teas, and essential oils

  • Jewelry that has been opened or worn

  • Books, printed materials, and downloadable digital content

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards


Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bayouapothecary@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, at least one photo of the shipping box, and at least one photo of each item you wish to return.Once approved, you will be issued instructions on how to return your items.

  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your items are returned safely.

  3. Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you store credit for the purchase price of the item(s), minus any shipping fees. Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our store

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, and the shipping box is not damaged, please contact us immediately at bayouapothecary@outlook.com with a photo of the item(s), a photo of the shipping box, and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
